In a 53-year-old man, on the nail

What to see at dermoscopy:
-blood spots (round at proximal edge and with filamentous  pattern at distal edge)
-absence of brown lines
Dermoscopy signs in favor of subungual hemorrhage

In a 64-years-old man, on the nail

What to see at dermoscopy:

-blood spots and band-shaped subungual hemorrhage
-absence of brown lines
Dermoscopy signs in favor of  subungual hemorrhage

Comments: although dermoscopy suggests subungual hemorrhage, close follow-up are indicated once nail apparatus melanoma can also present hemorrhage.
