-structureless areas
-erythema
-milia-like cysts
Dermoscopy in favor of dermal nevus. Regular control was suggested

What to see at dermoscopy:
-reticulo-globular pattern
-perifollicular hypopigmentation
-blue-white veil
-terminal hair
Dermoscopy in favor of congenital nevus. Regular follow-up was indicated.

In a 25-year-old woman, on the trunk;previous history of other nevi extirpation (including a dysplastic nevus)
What to see at dermoscopy:
-Multicomponent pattern
-Globules
-Irregular distributed dots
-Negative pigment network at the periphery of lesion
-Irregular blotches at central area
-Blue-white veil
-Perifollicular hypopigmentation
-Hypopigmented areas
Extirpation was suggested and histology correlation was: compound nevus

What to see at dermoscopy:
-regular pigmented network
-radial streaming
-irregularly distributed dots and blotches
-perifollicular hypopigmentation
Excision was indicated
Histopathological correlation: lentigo simplex

What to see at dermoscopy:
-irregular globular pattern
-hypopigmented areas
-terminal hairs
-comma blood vessels and erythema at periphery
-perifollicular hypopigmentation
-structureless central area
Excision was indicated.
Histopathological correlation: congenital nevus
