In a 9-year-old boy, on the arm (recent onset)

What to see at dermoscopy:

-radial streaming (starburst pattern)
-globules at periphery of lesion  (right portion of lesion)

Dermoscopy in favor of Reed nevus. Regular control was indicated

In a 56-year-old man, on the arm (presence of multiple moles and a familiar history of melanoma)

What to see at dermoscopy:

-Reticular pattern
-Structureless areas assimetrically distributed
-Radial streaming (gray arrows)

Dermoscopy in favor of dysplastic nevus and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis (mild subtype)

In a 76-year-old woman, on the leg (rapid evolution)

What to see at dermoscopy:

-multicomponent pattern
-globules
-radial streaming (arrow)
-irregular vessels
-chrysalis structures (circle)
-blue-white veil
-blotches
Extirpation was indicated

Dermoscopy in favor of melanoma

In a 66-year-old man, on the shoulder

What to see at dermoscopy:

-reticular pattern
-radial streaming (circles)
-hypopigmented areas
-irregular pigmentation

Extirpation was indicated and histology correlation was a dysplastic nevus

What to see at dermoscopy:

-asymmetric reticular pattern
-blotches
-radial streaming
-negative network
-scar-like depigmentation
Extirpation was suggested
Histopathological correlation:
melanoma in situ
