-regular globular pattern
-irregular blue-white veil distribution

In a 55-year-old woman, on the shoulder
What to see at dermoscopy:
-lesion greater than 5 mm
-atypical reticular pattern (some areas with broadened pigment network)
-globules (rares)
-hypopigmented areas
-structureless area
Extirpation was indicated. Histopathology correlation was: lentiginous junctional nevus

What to see at dermoscopy:
-multicomponent pattern
-pigment network
-globules
-strutureless areas
-erythema
Dermoscopy in favor of dysplastic nevus. The presence of other similarly lesions (by dermoscopy) consists in predominant nevus pattern. Control was indicated

What to see at dermoscopy:
-radial streaming (starburst pattern)
-globules at periphery of lesion (right portion of lesion)
Dermoscopy in favor of Reed nevus. Regular control was indicated
