-atypical vascular pattern: combination of dotted vessels and short fine telangectasias (circle)
-erythema
Dermoscopy in favor of basal cell carcinoma and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis (superficial subtype)
Comments: Scalvenzi M. et al (2008), identified the presence of erythema, short fine telangectasias and erosions as the main dermoscopic criteria of superficial BCC
