-atypical vascular pattern: combination of dotted vessels and short fine telangectasias (circle)
-erythema
Dermoscopy in favor of basal cell carcinoma and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis (superficial subtype)
Comments: Scalvenzi M. et al (2008), identified the presence of erythema, short fine telangectasias and erosions as the main dermoscopic criteria of superficial BCC

-black crusts
-erythema
Dermoscopy in favor of basal cell carcinoma and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis (nodular subtype)

What to see at dermoscopy:
-sharp borders
-structureless areas
-short telangectasias
-melanosis (peppering)
-erythema
Althought Dermoscopy was in favor of lichen planus-like keratosis, biopsy was indicated to confirm diagnosis
