-absence of pigment network
-arborizing vessels
-multiple blue-gray globules
-ulceration with congealed blood
-blue-white veil and chrysalis structures
-corona
Biopsy was indicated.
Histopathological correlation: basal cell carcinoma

-leaf-like areas
-arborizing vessels
-blue-gray ovoid nests
-multiple blue-gray globules
-corona
Biopsy was indicated.
