-irregular globular pattern
-cobblestone-like arrangement
-target-like structures
-blotches
-milia-like cysts
Dermoscopy signs in favor congenital nevus; regular follow-up was indicated

What to see at dermoscopy:

-slightly elevated lesion
-cobblestone pattern
-regular edge that fades at the periphery
-overall architecture is symmetric (pigmentation and patterns)
Dermoscopy signs in favor of benign dermal nevus
